Candidate should have experience in wide range of molecular biology and cell culture techniques, good communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Biostatistician, 11/22/2000 JOB DUTIES: Design, implement, analyze, & interpret clinical & financial research studies using statistical techniques & computer skills; Analyze clinical data, calculate descriptive statistics, & conduct statistical analysis using computer based analysis tools, interpret results of analysis for physicians, and generate descriptive tabular information; Critique journal clinical statistical analysis, search and review articles associated with clinical statistical analysis, compare, evaluate and report statistical techniques, and review literature related to specified diseases; Assist in research publication and study design, prepare statistical information in support of research/study publication, and document methods and procedures of statistical analysis and techniques; Assist in development of computed based statistical applications, assist in design of computer applications for physicians, assist in evaluation of computer based statistical analysis tools, and contribute in the development of departmental standards, procedures and methodologies; Assist management in completion of project time/cost estimates and status information.
