Collating and inserting materials in envelopes

Mailing projects are ongoing. Time commitments vary depending on project size. Usually takes 2-3 hours for a large mailing.

Special Events
Serve on a committee
Solicit silent auction items
Ticket/table sales
Follow-up phone calls
Setting up promotional displays, distributing posters and flyers

We currently need help coordinating our annual fundraising event. A Global Affair takes place on Saturday, November 4, 2000. There are various projects leading up to the event that we need assistance with.

MMRF Partner Rewards Program
A recognition program for volunteers and solicitors

The MMRF Partner Rewards Program was established for people who volunteer for approved activities or assist in bringing in new donors to the MMRF. A maximum of 40 points will be awarded per individual per year.

• Volunteer for approved activities including events, mailings, and staffing Hidden Jewel events and receive 1 MMRF Partner Reward Point per hour.

• Bring in a new individual donor at:

$50 - $99 and receive 3 MMRF Partner Reward Points.
$100 - $249 and receive 4 MMRF Partner Rewards Points.
$250 - $999 and receive 5 MMRF Partner Rewards Points.
$1,000 and above and receive 10 MMRF Partner Rewards Points.

MMRF Partner Rewards are redeemable as follows:

10 MMRF Partner Rewards Points = a Hidden Jewel semi-precious gem selection in sterling silver setting
20 MMRF Partner Rewards Points = a Hidden Jewel precious gem selection in sterling silver setting
30 MMRF Partner Rewards Points = a Hidden Jewel pearl necklace with sterling silver clasp
